Terms of Service

Lumenary Pro LLC · Updated August 12th, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your installation contract — if you go ahead with a project, the written proposal and agreement you sign govern that work, and those terms take precedence over anything here.

By using this site you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully. You must not:

  • Break any local, state or federal law or regulation
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers
  • Interfere with or disrupt how the site operates
  • Copy or scrape the site's content or photographs for your own use

We may refuse service or decline a project at our discretion.

2. What we do

Lumenary Pro designs and installs permanent exterior architectural lighting for homes and commercial properties. A project usually runs in this order:

  • A free virtual estimate — a video call where we look at your roofline with you and talk through options, pricing and timing.
  • A custom design and written proposal for your property.
  • Installation by a certified installer serving your area.
  • Ongoing service and repair.

3. Certified installers

Installations are carried out by independent certified installers who are trained and approved by Lumenary Pro and who serve defined areas. Your written agreement will make clear who is carrying out your work and who stands behind it.

Coverage depends on having an installer near you. If we cannot reach your property, we will tell you rather than take a deposit.

4. Estimates, quotes and payment

Anything shown on this site is for information only and is not a quote. Pricing depends on your roofline, and we will not know it until we have looked at your property.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. A deposit is usually required to schedule an installation, with the balance due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment terms, any payment plan, and any late fees will be set out in your agreement.

No payment is taken through this website.

5. Scheduling, access and cancellation

Installation dates depend on your location, the complexity of the project, the season and current demand. Demand rises sharply before the holidays, so start early if you have a date in mind.

You are responsible for giving safe, reasonable access to the property on the day, including access to power and to the areas being worked on.

Please give at least 3 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule where weather makes work unsafe.

6. Warranty

Your system is covered by the warranty set out in your written agreement, together with any applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, what is covered, and for how long, are stated in that agreement.

Product lifespan figures quoted anywhere on this site describe the rated operating life of the components. A rating is not the same thing as a warranty, and nothing on this website extends or replaces the warranty in your agreement.

7. Our content

Everything on this site — text, photographs, logos, and design — belongs to Lumenary Pro LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The photographs are of real installations and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenary Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to this site is limited to the amount you have paid us.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

This site links to other sites we run and to third-party services, including our installer program and our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

10. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is handled.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
